Signature confirmation is required for orders over $350 to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery will only be completed once a signature is obtained at the shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Claims for lost or stolen packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
