Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

Any item showing signs of wear, use, resizing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us to obtain return instructions.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
After review, we will, at our discretion:

Arrange for a replacement, subject to availability, or

Issue a full refund after the defective or damaged item is returned and received by us
The defective or damaged watch must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included items. Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the item is not returned or if damage is determined to be caused by misuse, wear, or unauthorized modification.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
Warranty
All watches sold are authentic and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty coverage and terms are determined by the manufacturer.
